Orders From Outside of the UK:
Please note that any orders outside of the UK will be subject to import customs duties and taxes charges, liable to be paid by the customer. All necessary customs forms will be sent to the email address provided during your order from the relevant courier, postal service or customs authority of the delivery country, not from The Bridal House. We know some of these emails end up in your junk inbox so be sure to check there too!
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the delivery fee paid to The Bridal House.
Once Your Order Is Shipped:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information and should monitor your delivery and respond promptly to any requests from the courier or relevant customs authority. Delays caused by customs clearance are outside of The Bridal House's control and may extend the estimated delivery timeframe.
The Bridal House is not liable for the item once it has been dispatched.
DELIVERIES
Please note that most of our pieces are made to order by each independent brand. Please allow the time provided on the product page for your product to be produced.
For shipping please allow the advised time frame for your region from being dispatched. All packages are delivered using tracked services and will require a signature upon receipt of your parcel. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance where relevant.
Orders will be dispatched directly by each independent brand, if you have ordered from more than one brand then your products may arrive at different times and in separate packages.
An order dispatch email will be sent to you as soon as your order is on its way with a tracking number.
All delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown during the checkout process.
