DOES THE BRIDAL HOUSE ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Currently we only sell to the UK. However, if there is something in particular you would like shipped to a different country then please contact us and we will do our very best to help you. 

 

WHAT IS THE BRIDAL HOUSE STANDARD PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES?

Processing times vary from each supplier, please check each individual item for further information. Standard delivery times are 3-5 working days. For any urgent orders please contact us. 

 

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

In most cases, we will be able to amend the order, but if the order's already been processed and sent to the individual supplier, then this may not be possible. Please contact us and we will try our best to help.

 

CAN I PERSONALISE ANY OF THE PIECES?

For any personalised elements please enquire with us to see if this is something we would be able to help you with.  Whether that is working to specific measurements or adding embroidery to an item, we are happy to discuss any ideas that you may have. 


DO YOU OFFER A BESPOKE STYLING APPOINTMENT?

Please contact us at info@thebridalhouselondon.com for a bespoke styling appointment. Please send us an image of your wedding dress and we will send some inspiration of what we thing would complete your bridal look.

 

HOW CAN I ENSURE THAT AN ITEM WILL FIT? 

Please feel free to contact us for any additional information on any of the products. We will of course do our very best to send through any sizing and fits to assist with your purchase.
