DOES THE BRIDAL HOUSE ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
We’re delighted to offer worldwide shipping. Please note that orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes and additional fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in your order or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
As these charges vary depending on the destination country and the value and nature of the goods, we are unable to confirm the exact amount in advance. Any applicable customs duties or taxes will be payable by the recipient before or upon delivery.
Please be aware that customs clearance times can also vary between countries and may affect the estimated delivery timeframe.
WHAT IS THE BRIDAL HOUSE STANDARD PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES?
All of our pieces are handmade, with the time required to create each piece varying by designer and product. Please refer to the individual product page for the specific processing or production time applicable to your order.
Once your piece is ready, delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination country. Please refer to our Delivery page for full details on estimated delivery times by country.
If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to advise on what may be possible.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
In most cases, we will be able to amend the order, but if the order's already been processed and sent to the individual supplier, then this may not be possible. Please contact us and we will try our best to help.
