Orders From Outside of the UK:
Please note that any orders outside of the UK will be subject to import customs duties and taxes charges, liable to be paid by the customer. All necessary customs forms will be sent to the email address provided during your order from the relevant courier, postal service or customs authority of the delivery country, not from The Bridal House. We know some of these emails end up in your junk inbox so be sure to check there too!
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the delivery fee paid to The Bridal House.
Once Your Order Is Shipped:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information and should monitor your delivery and respond promptly to any requests from the courier or relevant customs authority. Delays caused by customs clearance are outside of The Bridal House's control and may extend the estimated delivery timeframe.
Please note that most of our pieces are made to order by each independent brand. Please allow the time provided on the product page for your product to be produced.
For any reason that you are not happy with your delivery and would like to make a return or exchange please contact us at info@thebridalhouselondon.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
Your return must be sent back to us using Royal Mail Tracked (or other tracked service that also includes insurance). You are responsible for return costs. We do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received.
